From our grandfather, Pete Blea, a passion was born to create hand-made wood crafts for family and friends. From this beginning, a generation of family woodworkers was inspired to continue this tradition and build custom unique pieces over many decades. From recycling old couches, recycled wood and whatever could be found or salvaged was used and repurposed. New pieces emerged and took on a new life. Despite having very small sheds or no shop at all, many projects emerged to inspire and keep the craftmanship alive in our family. From that single root inspired hand-craftsmanship of his children: Simon Blea (Master Woodworker), Silviano Blea (Master Mason) and Leroy Blea (Sculptured Art). From these branches, the inspiration and tradition lives-on with Blea Woodworking (Silviano Blea Jr).
